Employment Type: Part-Time (Potential to transition to Full-Time based on business needs and performance) Hours: 20 hours per week Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Package: ₱40,000 Basic Pay: ₱30,000 Meal Allowance: ₱3,000 Utility Allowance: ₱4,000 Perfect Attendance Bonus: ₱2,000 Night Differential: Ten percent (10%), as applicable Benefits: Government-mandated benefits and HMO coverage after one (1) year of employment Job Overview We are looking for an experienced WordPress Web Developer to build and maintain custom WordPress websites and themes. The ideal candidate has strong development skills and hands-on experience with custom themes, ACF, WP Engine, SEO, and website performance optimization. Key Responsibilities * Build custom WordPress themes using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Develop and maintain clean, reusable WordPress code * Implement ACF and Flexible Content for client-editable content * Deploy and manage websites through WP Engine and SFTP * Implement basic SEO, schema markup, and accessible HTML * Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) * Convert design mockups/HTML into responsive WordPress websites * Perform CMS content migration and troubleshoot website issues Qualifications: * 3+ years of WordPress Web Development experience * Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience building custom WordPress themes from scratch * Strong knowledge of WordPress, ACF, and Flexible Content * Experience with WP Engine and SFTP * Knowledge of SEO basics, schema markup, and website accessibility * Experience with responsive design and website performance optimization * Strong attention to detail and clean coding practices IMPORTANT: Can provide employment requirements such as NBI clearance, Certificate of Employment (COE), and government IDs or numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN
