Job Description
Project – the aim you’ll have You will join our WEBCON practice, a team of developers, analysts and consultants delivering business process automation for clients across financial services, technology and manufacturing. In this role you will work on engagement for one of our clients, developing and maintaining WEBCON BPS applications that support their document, approval and back-office processes.
Role – how you’ll contribute Design and implement WEBCON BPS applications: processes, forms, business rules, task assignments and reports in Designer Studio. Develop custom logic with T-SQL and JavaScript where standard configuration is not sufficient. Integrate WEBCON applications with the client's systems (ERP, DMS, Active Directory, e-mail, external APIs) via REST and SOAP.
Analyse change requests and incidents against project documentation and propose pragmatic solutions. Maintain and stabilise production applications, including troubleshooting and performance fixes. Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing. Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements.
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need Minimum 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS. Practical, hands-on knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio: process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports and dashboards. Working knowledge of T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server.
JavaScript, HTML and CSS at a level sufficient for form customisation. Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP. Ability to independently analyse a task, verify it against documentation and deliver it end to end.
Communicative English for documentation and working with international team members. Additional skills – the edge you have Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#, .NET plugins and custom actions). Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.
Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations (including Power Automate). Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis. Experience delivering for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements.
