Support Manager - Junior

About Product: The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration. Behind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms. Purpose of the role: You will provide reliable first-line support and operational monitoring to ensure stable performance of the gaming infrastructure and timely resolution of client requests across internal and partner systems.
