Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Legal Specialist to join our Team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support corporate legal matters, manage legal documentation, and contribute to efficient legal processes. Purpose of the role: As a Legal Specialist, you will support corporate legal matters, review and prepare legal documents, maintain legal records, and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities: Drafting, legal review, and analysis of different kinds of agreements upon request; Provision of information/documents upon request; Maintaining and regularly updating legal information related to the projects; Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly basis; Maintaining and updating corporate structure charts and ownership structures of companies, including information on UBOs; Filling out and/or checking of various forms for the companies and their UBOs upon request; Organization of signature process for various forms and other documents upon request; Communication with service providers on a permanent basis; Assistance to colleagues from other departments on various legal issues. Required Experience: Upper-Intermediate English (B2+); Native or near-native Russian proficiency; German (B2+) is a strong advantage; 2+ years of legal experience , preferably supporting international corporate or commercial matters in an international company or law firm; Degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
