About the Role

We are a casting agency and media production company in the adult entertainment sector, seeking support in online marketing, social media, and organization. The role is varied, combining digital marketing with organizational tasks related to our castings. A significant portion of the work can be done digitally. Depending on the task and schedule, occasional on-site work may also be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance and updating of our websites
• Support with search engine optimization and content creation
• Involvement in Google Ads and other online advertising measures
• Management and further development of our social media channels
• Creation and planning of posts and campaigns
• Support in evaluating marketing activities
• Communication with applicants for castings
• Coordination and scheduling of casting appointments
• Pre-selection and organization of incoming applications
• General organizational and digital tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Interest in online marketing and digital media
• Confident and friendly communication skills
• Reliable and independent work style
• Discretion and professional handling of sensitive content
• Basic knowledge of social media, websites, or online marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Openness to working for a company in the adult entertainment industry
