Project Overview We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a project focused on building a Financial Management System with a strong emphasis on AI-powered process optimization. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to improve financial and operational workflows, transform business needs into clear requirements, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, efficient solutions. You will become part of a cross-functional environment where AI tools are actively integrated into business analysis and product delivery processes.

Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic goals Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and designers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities and propose scalable solutions Create and maintain high-quality documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides Decompose high-level business needs into detailed and actionable requirements Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and estimation preparation activities Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders Conduct demos and presentations to showcase delivered functionality and maintain stakeholder engagement Prepare user documentation and support solution adoption Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and the effective use of AI-powered tools in daily workflows

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments Expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, decomposition, and backlog structuring Understanding of APIs and system integrations SQL skills for data extraction and validation Experience working with wireframing and prototyping tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Practical experience using AI-powered tools for documentation, analysis, process optimization, or data interpretation Strong AI prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into everyday work processes Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ownership mindset with a proactive and delivery-oriented approach Nice to Have Experience with financial management or accounting systems Understanding of financial accounting processes Experience with advanced UX or prototyping tools Experience integrating AI tools into product or business analysis workflows
