Project Manager (Embedded Systems)

About the Role

Plan, manage, and monitor project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Act as the customer’s trusted partner, developing relationships and identifying additional service opportunities and business insights. Tailor project delivery models to match customer needs and apply best project management practices. Conduct portfolio risk analysis, proactively manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Be a people manager, execute the company's people management practices, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies. Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project achievements.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven risk management and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing cross-cultural teams.
• Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI practices across projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Experience in embedded projects will be a plus.
