The Regional VP, Field Sales for Public Sector will serve as a key member of the Saviynt Revenue Leadership Team, leading sales organization initiatives across the broader Public Sector market—including Federal, State & Local Governments, Higher Education, K-12 (SLED), and key Systems Integrators/Public Sector Partners. This role is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision to accelerate short- and long-term subscription revenue expansion across all government jurisdictions and public institutions.

Oversee the entire customer lifecycle—from early-stage procurement engagement to contract award and long-term renewal—to maximize recurring revenue.

  • Execution & Channel Strategy: Drive predictable, profitable subscription revenue growth. Strengthen strategic relationships with public sector procurement leaders, prime contractors, and ecosystem partners. Build disciplined, metric-driven, and repeatable sales processes.

  • Scale & Infrastructure: Propose and implement necessary operational adjustments to build scalable infrastructure, supporting ambitious revenue growth target increases of +$5M ARR.

  • Talent Leadership & Development: Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Directors. Oversee team structure, performance management, territory planning, professional development, and succession planning.

  • Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as the strategic connective tissue between sales, marketing, product management, and customer success to align competitive positioning, increase brand awareness, and ensure successful execution in public sector procurement cycles.

Qualifications::

  • Analytical, metric-driven sales leader with deep knowledge of public sector procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and government buying behaviors.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build innovative go-to-market models, paired with the tactical agility to operate hands-on in the field when required.

  • Proven track record of building, motivating, and retaining world-class sales teams using structured, repeatable sales methodologies.

  • Collaborative leader skilled at bridging gaps across internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) and external channel partners.

  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
