About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, global provider of positioning and automation technology, supporting customers across surveying, machine control and related industries. As they scale their Australian support operation, they're building out a Manila-based support team to be the front line for customer calls and emails — with a clear, structured path into deeper technical diagnostics as you grow into the role.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails, logging and qualifying every case with care.
- Help customers get set up — software licence activation, file uploads, and configuration across enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and subscription setup for specialised field hardware and services.
- Manage user accounts and access across multiple customer-facing systems.
- Grow into diagnosing and resolving technical faults directly, escalating to Australia-based specialists when needed.
- Document everything clearly — cases, reports, and product feedback — to the standard the team relies on.
What You'll Bring
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely customer-first attitude, even under call-volume pressure.
- Comfort with electronic documentation and picking up new software systems.
- A problem-solving mindset and the discipline to document things properly the first time.
- Experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role.
- Willingness to work a rotating early-morning or afternoon shift aligned to Australian business hours.
Nice to Have
Background in survey, machine control, auto-electrical, or design/engineering fields is a strong plus — but not required. Full training is provided.
What's In It For You
- A genuine growth path — the role is deliberately staged so you build toward full technical ownership rather than being thrown in on day one.
- Structured onboarding, including a customised training program built specifically for this client's culture and customer-experience standards.
- Work with globally-used industry systems and specialised field technology.
- Be part of a close-knit support team solving real, high-volume problems for an international client base.
