PRIMARY FUNCTION Love keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes — juggling customer calls, careful admin, and the occasional billing puzzle? We're hiring a Billing & Reconciliation Associate to be the calm, organised voice our customers count on. ABOUT THE ROLE Join the Group Support Services team of a growing, Australia-headquartered technology company that provides positioning and automation solutions to industrial and technical markets worldwide. You'll be a key point of contact for subscription and billing questions, and you'll also own the reconciliation work behind the scenes — tracking down discrepancies between systems, figuring out why they happened, and following them through to resolution. We're looking for someone who brings both: genuine customer service strength and real, hands-on reconciliation experience. Full training is provided on our specific systems (Zuora, Dynamics 365, and similar platforms) — what matters most is that you've done this kind of reconciliation work before. WHAT YOU’LL DO Be the go-to contact for internal and external customers by phone and email, answering subscription and billing questions clearly and promptly Scan, review, and log incoming subscription invoices, keeping records accurate and up to date Support the subscription lifecycle — new sign-ups, renewals, amendments, and cancellations Help reconcile subscription and billing data across systems, including journal entries and clearing-account reversals Follow up on overdue invoices with a service-first, relationship-conscious approach Flag renewal milestones and billing issues to the right team member before they become problems Contribute ideas to improve processes as you learn the role WHAT YOU’LL BRING Proven, hands-on experience reconciling data between systems — you know how to spot a discrepancy, dig into why it happened, and see it through to resolution Strong customer service skills — clear, empathetic communication by phone and email Solid bookkeeping fundamentals Excellent Excel skills — many processes are still done manually Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to pick up new systems and product knowledge quickly Strong prioritisation and time-management skills when juggling multiple requests Exposure to ERP or billing/subscription-management platforms — not required, full training provided NICE TO HAVE Experience in Dynamics 365 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Full training on all systems and processes A clear growth path — start customer-service-led, build into billing and reconciliation ownership over time Join a genuinely global, growth-stage technology company A supportive team culture built around learning from mistakes and proactive improvement READY TO APPLY? If you take pride in getting the details right and making customers feel heard, we'd love to hear from you. Our process is simple: two interview rounds — the first online, the second face-to-face. Apply now.
