Responsibilities
Cornerstone Technical Administration & Configuration Own technical configuration and reconfiguration of Cornerstone, including security roles and permissions, organizational unit structure, availability rules, preferences, and system settings. Perform copy downs, basic system maintenance, and other ongoing technical administration. Manage Cornerstone release cycles, including reviewing release notes, assessing impact, testing in stage, and communicating changes and required actions to the Learning & Development team. Reporting & Dashboarding Build, maintain, and troubleshoot standard and custom Cornerstone reports to support enterprise, compliance, and site-level training reporting needs. Build and maintain self-service reporting and dashboards for managers and internal stakeholders.
