Product Manager (Project Management Skills)

We are looking for a Russian-speaking, hands-on Product Manager with strong Project Management skills to join a small, early-stage fintech environment. You will work directly with the CTO, engineering team, clients, and business stakeholders to turn business ideas into clear product requirements, priorities, and executable delivery plans. This is a full-time role working EST hours. Fintech experience is preferred. Responsibilities Own product requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, and roadmap development. Work with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, and identify high-impact product opportunities. Drive A/B testing, feature flags, data collection, and ROI-based product decisions. Create user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to clearly communicate product requirements. Coordinate across teams, manage sprints, dependencies, blockers, and releases to ensure on-time delivery. Work directly with the CTO and engineers to resolve product and technical tradeoffs and keep priorities aligned.
