Senior Producer

About the Role

At Rehire, we are partnering with a renowned global leader in information, analytics, and technology in their search for a Senior Producer, a strategic position within their in-house creative agency. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly technical professional with solid experience leading audiovisual productions from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact video and audio content for global campaigns, collaborating with creative teams and international stakeholders to create innovative brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of video and audio projects, from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's global strategy and positioning.
• Produce audiovisual content for multichannel campaigns, including digital assets, corporate pieces, and podcasts.
• Coordinate studio and on-location shoots.
• Work alongside designers, motion designers, copywriters, and creative teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into high-impact content.
• Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize creative and production processes.
• Supervise pre-production, production, and post-production processes, ensuring high quality standards.
• Manage external vendors and assist in the administration of production resources.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in audiovisual production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in audiovisual production, television, film, or creative agencies.
• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality audiovisual projects.
• Degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
• Experience in directing, producing, filming, and video editing.
• Advanced knowledge of lighting, sound, cameras, and audiovisual production.
• Proficiency in professional video and audio editing tools.
• Experience producing content for digital campaigns and corporate brands.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Required).
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

About the Position

• Work Model: Hybrid (Offices located at the BBVA Tower on Av. Alem). Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Contract Type: Full-time permanent position.
