About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design user flows, wireframes, and visually appealing interfaces across both web and mobile platforms. If you enjoy solving problems with design and thrive in cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers to understand product goals, user needs, and business requirements.
Design end-to-end user experiences, including flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both web and app.
Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the final vision.
Iterate based on user feedback and data, and continuously improve product usability and aesthetics.
Maintain and optimize design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
Communicate design decisions and document UX/UI specifications clearly.
Participate in design reviews and cross-functional discussions.
Leverage AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT/Claude) to accelerate ideation, generate design variations, and streamline repetitive design tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and app design work, preferably within the Web3 or fintech industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A basic understanding of frontend development and the handoff process is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
