About the Role
Pilotly is the first market research platform built for creative content. By allowing viewers to give feedback in real-time on unreleased content, we help Hollywood make better decisions through data. Collecting millions of data points is a great start to understanding viewer response but creating actionable insights is the goal. For this we have a Studio Insights Dashboard, that allows professional video creators to visualize they data they collect when screening content. There are also opportunities to work on our viewer portal as well, where people watch exclusive media content and give their feedback. Requirements
- Strong experience and accomplishments building scalable web applications that have design parity with provided graphics and user flow.
- Experience on a development team and the tools they use to deploy into dev, staging and production environments (GIT, AWS, etc)
- Extensive experience with React Native as well as React JS
- Ability to create back-end routines to provide the front-end properly organize data for display
- An affinity for television, film or music doesn't hurt either
Some Things You’ll Be Doing
- Leading development on our native app and mobile efforts, while also participating in the growth of our client insights dashboard to gain knowledge of the entire product stack
- Working on features as a team, from inception to launch, in the entire platform code base from the backend to the desktop and web UI’s in technologies ranging from Node to React and Javascript
- Refactoring and improving legacy code and code quality, supporting new development, and maintaining and improving quality while adding functionality
- Participate in online learning to continuously advance your coding skill set with respect to CSS, React and other emerging coding syntax
- Creating and contributing in a highly collaborative and diverse environment
