We work with organisations across government, healthcare, defence, public safety, education, housing, and the charity sector - helping them modernise with confidence across cloud, data and AI, cyber security, and managed services. Through strategic partnerships with the world's leading technology providers - and a trusted place on the major public sector frameworks - our work has a direct impact on the services that millions of people rely on every day. Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Senior Project Manager to support one of our key local government partners to deliver across the Business Systems element of a transformation programme. What will you be doing? Lead the delivery of key business system projects and enhancements, including Development Management Systems (DMS), GIS, Revenues & Benefits, HR & Payroll, and Digital Platform/CRM solutions. Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial scoping and business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation. Work closely with service areas, suppliers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions. Develop and maintain project plans, managing resources, budgets, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Support system procurement, implementation, integration and upgrade activities in line with organisational requirements. Lead business change and process improvement initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and ways of working. Monitor project progress, resolve issues and manage risks to deliver projects on time and within budget. Promote best practice, innovation and continuous improvement across digital and business system projects. Prepare and present project documentation, reports and updates to a range of stakeholders and governance boards. Why should you apply?
