AI Video Editor (VSL-focused) Our client is a fast-growing DTC jewelry brand selling waterproof, everyday-wear pieces — necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings — direct to consumers worldwide. About the Role We're hiring on our client for an AI Video Editor to generate raw AI video/UGC-style content and edit it into finished, ready-to-run VSL and UGC-style ad variants .

This is a pure briefing-execution role — you'll bring their Senior Creative Strategist's briefs to life, not originate your own creative concepts . What You'll Own Generate raw content using Higgsfield and similar AI video-generation tools, then edit it into polished, ready-to-run ad creative Decide independently which tools within the toolset to use, the order you work through edits and angles, and pacing/structure choices within a given brief Ship multiple high-quality ad variants per week — this is a volume-driven role , not a one-piece-at-a-time role Execute someone else's creative direction precisely , translating a brief into finished video exactly as intended What's Explicitly Not Part of This Role The underlying script/angle strategy (owned by the Creative Strategist) Review or approval of finished creative (also the Strategist's call) Media buying, launching, or testing ads (handled by a separate media buyer) Must-Haves Real D2C/ecommerce ad experience — you've worked on ads that actually ran for a direct-to-consumer brand, at meaningful advertising spend , and you understand what makes an ad convert at that level.

Brand recognition isn't what matters here — real experience at real spend is. Same type of role before — ideally at a DTC brand or an agency producing ad video at volume, not a single polished piece over a long timeline Fluency across the finishing workflow — not just AI generation, but real comfort with editing software, captions, pacing, and motion needed to turn raw AI output into a polished, ready-to-run ad Built for volume — you can consistently ship multiple variants per week A genuine AI-generation portfolio — real ad examples showing hands-on use of AI video-generation tools, not just a generic editing reel Fully AI-generation workflow — 100% comfortable with an AI-first process (generate, then edit/finish); no traditional filming or production involved, and no interest in staying purely in a traditional filming/production workflow Nice-to-Have Hands-on Higgsfield experience — a very strong plus at this level, close to a must-have where we can find it Comparable experience with other AI video-generation tools if not Higgsfield specifically Freelance or in-house background both work — what matters is the caliber of the work, not the employment structure you did it under.
