The Role: As a Manager II, Product Designer, you'll report to the Platform Design Director and deliver exceptional user experiences (UI/UX) covering acquisition, engagement/retention and monetization journeys for our platform. As a dynamic team member, you will take full ownership of your design area, creating intuitive, user-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout development, from initial design concepts to successful launches. You will play an important role in delivering our product vision and contribute immensely to developing our product roadmap. Responsibilities: For your respective design area, drive the discovery, definition, development and delivery of exceptional UI/UX for our B2B2X SaaS platform measured via Usability, Customer Experience Score (CES) and other relevant metrics Drive user-centric research to identify problems to solve for our target market customers and partners. Collaborate with respective product managers and engineering leads to discover new opportunities to deliver value via our platform. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively. Develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts and facilitate user testing. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards and contribute towards evolving our design system. Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre- and post-launch, to ensure high- quality experiences. Present key learnings within the team and act as a positive role model. Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to both B2C and B2B space. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. A strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in UI/UX best practices, design thinking, and the creation of engaging user interfaces and experiences. Experience and know-how of utilizing LLM platforms for doing user and design, market research for improving productivity and design effectiveness Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing. Strong working knowledge of iterative design process, from defining personas, user journeys, prototyping, wireframing, to creating high-fidelity screens. Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver under tight deadlines. Skill in turning complicated ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals. Proficiency in industry-standard collaboration tooling such as Figma, Miro, Jira, etc. Open-mindedness, patience, and receptiveness to feedback. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders across all levels.
