Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 4+years Strong experience in ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party and enterprise applications Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Experience in developing and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices Experience in performing component integration testing and troubleshooting issues Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage ITIL knowledge is preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to support business processes Develop platform capabilities using ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions Build and enhance user experiences using Service Portal and UI Builder Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required Perform component integration testing and ensure quality deliverables Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams for successful project delivery Participate in design discussions and provide recommendations for scalable ServiceNow implementations Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities

Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
