Since 2017, we have been revolutionizing the moving industry with our digital platform and have also established ourselves in Germany since 2021. Now we want to expand our team and are looking for someone to support us with administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities

• Managing inquiries from moving companies in our system
• Processing incoming emails and calls
• Creating and maintaining documentation and reports
• Assisting in the optimization of administrative processes

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or office management is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
• Interest in process optimization – ideally with AI.
