What you'll do

Build, maintain, and extend Python applications on our commercial projects.

Use AI to leverage and improve your work.

Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability.

Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices.

Take ownership of complex systems — improving, refactoring, and keeping them healthy.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers and clients; review code, and share technical decisions.

What we're looking for

Technical core: strong hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask. FastAPI

Data & infrastructure: good knowledge of PostgreSQL and practical experience with AWS (or a comparable cloud)

DevOps mindset: familiarity with Terraform is a strong plus

Ownership: comfortable managing and enhancing complex systems

Communication: fluent English and Polish

Rates & contract

B2B contract, billed hourly

Mid: up to 90 PLN/hour

Senior: up to 120 PLN/hour

Final rate depends on project scope and your experience
