Technical Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer – Contract (Through Year-End)
Join MeridianLink's fast-paced Talent Acquisition team as a Technical Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer, responsible for multi-channel sourcing, seamless interview coordination, and effective partnership management. This contract role is critical to delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting recruitment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source passive and active talent across channels (LinkedIn, resume databases, referral networks) for various roles and experience levels.
- Build and nurture pipelines for technical, product, business, and executive roles.
- Craft tailored outreach and candidate communications that reflect MeridianLink’s people-first culture.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate calibration.
- Track sourcing metrics and optimize approaches to improve candidate quality.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule high-volume interviews across departments and time zones with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate all interview stages and types, managing logistics for multiple stakeholders.
- Provide clear communications, confirmations, and timely updates to candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain a positive, responsive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
- Track interview progress and ensure timely follow-up.
Agency & Partnership Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for external recruiting agencies, managing timelines, submissions, and feedback.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on agency candidates.
- Strengthen agency partnerships to ensure alignment and quality.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in the ATS.
- Track candidate progression, feedback, and status updates for transparency and efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support recruitment initiatives and drive team efficiency.
Qualifications
Recruiting Operations & Sourcing
- 4+ years’ experience in recruiting coordination, sourcer, or talent acquisition roles.
- Proven track record sourcing and managing recruiting operations across technical, business, and executive functions.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, talent networks, and ATS platforms (Ashby highly preferred).
Interview Coordination & Scheduling
- Proven ability to schedule high-volume interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, calendar systems, and interview stages without errors.
- Demonstrated excellence in managing complex logistics and ensuring flawless execution of recruiting events.
- Experience coordinating interviews for multiple roles and hiring teams simultaneously, prioritizing effectively under pressure.
Documentation & Accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated commitment to maintaining accurate, comprehensive records and documentation.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an extremely low tolerance for errors; takes pride in accuracy and completeness.
- Strong data management and documentation practices—comfortable working in ATS systems, managing spreadsheets, and maintaining organized systems.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
- Candidate-first, service-oriented mindset; genuinely committed to positive candidate experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise independent judgment, and demonstrate ownership in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Background and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- Background in recruiting operations, business operations, process improvement, or similar operational roles is a differentiator.
