Position Summary The Associate Manager – EMR Specialist will support the planning, implementation, and scaling of Electronic Medical Record Modernization across healthcare and public health settings. This role is well-suited for professionals with hands-on with EMR implementation, upgrade, or replacement projects , including integration with clinical workflows and other health systems. Key Deliverables Support the design and implementation of EMR and telehealth initiatives aligned with program goals Contribute to workflow assessments and operational planning to integrate EMR upgrades into care delivery Coordinate with healthcare partners, vendors, and internal teams during implementation and scale-up Develop implementation documentation, tools, and guidance for program partners Track implementation progress, challenges, and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement Contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices related to digital health across programs Candidates should be based in Maine or willing to relocate. Relocation expenses will not be covered. Some travel within the State of Maine will be required.
