About the role Build the backbone of our platform, transforming complex infrastructure challenges into scalable product capabilities that benefit our customers. What you'll do Design and develop core platform components: infrastructure orchestration, provisioning, and lifecycle management solutions Build APIs, services, and control planes that abstract VMs, Kubernetes, bare metal, and schedulers Create automation and tooling to eliminate manual or ad-hoc work What we need BS in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering roles Advanced software engineering skills: Rust, Go, or Python Deep understanding of Linux, storage, and distributed systems Expertise with Kubernetes, VMs, and bare-metal environments Expertise with automation tooling: Terraform, Ansible, and Helm Experience with control-plane or orchestration systems Experience architecting multi-tenant systems What we'd like Hands-on experience with AI infrastructure Experience with SLURM scheduling What we offer Competitive cash compensation Generous stock options 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees Flexible PTO Paid Holidays Equal Employment Opportunity We're an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of any protected status under applicable law.
