Paralegal - Corporate Leasing

Our client, a leading New Jersey based real estate developer, is searching for an experienced paralegal with leasing experience. Scope: The selected candidate will support our clients Legal Department by managing commercial lease documentation, administering lease obligations, and coordinating litigation and compliance-related activities. In this role, YOU will:

• Draft, review, and coordinate commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents
• Maintain/update lease documentation
• Abstract leases and summarize key terms, obligations, and critical dates
• Keep track of lease milestones (renewals, expirations, options, notice requirements)
• Develop/maintain lease summary charts and dashboards
• Monitor compliance with lease terms
• Maintain litigation files and assist in preparing discovery materials
• Review, track, and process invoices
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental communications
• Manage legal correspondence, file organization, and document retention systems YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate or leasing
• Experience drafting/managing lease documents and ability to interpret lease terms and risks
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
