How You Will Make an Impact: Own end-to-end business analysis and requirements management across accounts and deposits, translating business needs into clear user stories, specifications, and documentation Own product governance, ensuring requirements traceability, decision documentation, and alignment with target operating models Lead data migration and reconciliation activities for accounts and deposits, including data mapping, validation, exception handling, and post-migration verification Drive the delivery of system upgrades, regulatory changes, and product enhancements, ensuring smooth implementation and change management Manage JIRA boards and provide visibility on progress, priorities, and performance Monitor product performance through data, dashboards, and KPIs, ensuring data quality and generating actionable insights Conduct root cause analysis, resolve incidents, and continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve solutions Collaborate closely with other Product Owners and IT teams to align priorities, refine backlogs, and ensure successful sprint execution Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, supporting UAT and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards Support audits, regulatory reviews, and business continuity processes What Makes You a Great Fit: Proven experience in banking or fintech supporting the development and lifecycle management of banking products is mandatory Ability to define system functionalities and produce clear, structured requirements documentation Experience with banking system migrations, transformation initiatives, or large-scale change programs Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on effective issue identification and resolution Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements in the Baltic region Proven capability in incident management and maintaining accurate, up-to-date product documentation Excellent communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and delivery of training sessions Experience working in agile delivery environments, contributing to iterative product development Proactive, well-organized, and dedicated to continuous improvement Fluency in Latvian is required, as this role involves close collaboration with local client support teams and working with local regulatory documentation Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here: Flexibility.
