How You Will Make an Impact: Support the ICT and security risk assessment cycle — collect evidence, check control descriptions against what is actually in place, and record the result Maintain risk and control records in the bank's risk management system, keeping owners, dates and statuses accurate Prepare quarterly risk indicator reporting: pull the data, check it against thresholds, chase missing collections, and produce the reporting tables Track remediation plans and their milestones, follow up with plan owners, and flag where a date is at risk before it is missed Map regulatory requirements (DORA and its technical standards, EBA guidelines, internal policy) to existing controls and identify where coverage is missing Assist in automating recurring reporting and data-quality checks through scripting Produce documentation — procedures, guidelines, reporting packs, meeting summaries Arrange and participate in calls with control owners, IT teams and second-line risk, and drive the follow-up Communicate with stakeholders across the three Baltic countries on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis Contextually self-learn new regulatory and technical areas within the shortest time What Makes You a Great Fit: Basic understanding of risk management concepts — risk, control, likelihood and impact, first and second line of defence Basic awareness of IT and information security domains (access management, vulnerability management, backup and recovery, change management, third-party risk) Basic knowledge of information security and IT governance frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT or similar); familiarity with DORA is an advantage Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets; basic scripting skills for handling and checking datasets Precision with detail — reporting is only useful if the numbers are right Ability and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to work in a constantly changing environment Ability to prioritize and structure own work schedule Ability to take initiative and communicate clearly Preferred education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Finance or a related field Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here: 6 months duration with a possibility to extend it for another 6 months, full-time (40 hours a week) Starting as soon as possible Flexibility.
