About the Role
Lullabot is seeking a full-time Support Developer within the United States who will play a crucial role in Lullabot’s support and maintenance team, responsible for the ongoing health, security, and performance of a diverse portfolio of client websites and applications, primarily built on Drupal.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks on existing websites and applications.
Perform regular security updates, patching, and monitoring to protect client sites from vulnerabilities.
Implement feature enhancements and minor development tasks on existing website projects.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including backups, performance checks, and code updates.
Respond to client support requests in a timely and professional manner, providing clear communication and status updates.
Collaborate with project managers and other developers to prioritize and execute support tasks.
Test and deploy code changes, ensuring stability and functionality across various environments.
Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and site-specific configurations.
Monitor website uptime and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Manage website configuration and settings through the UI and configuration management systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hosting environments.
Version control code using Git and participate in team-based Git workflows.
Utilize Drush and Composer for Drupal site maintenance and development tasks.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all fixes and updates.
Establish and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) toolchains to automate code building, validation, and testing.
Design, write, and execute comprehensive automated tests to validate new features, prevent regressions, and ensure site stability.
