About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Lightspeed Golf team. Within the Go-To-Market Operations team and in close collaboration with the Business Transformation team, this role contributes to the daily operations of the Golf business and helps drive key initiatives forward. If you are an organized, ambitious, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving operational problems and making an impact in a dynamic, fast-growing, and rapidly evolving organization, this position may be for you.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and support the implementation and adoption of tools that enable Sales and Customer Management teams to work more effectively.
  • Review won opportunities to ensure compliance with internal Legal, Finance, IT, and GTM team requirements, while validating data related to transactions, pricing, products, discounts, billing terms, tax information, and customer details.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in Salesforce and other operational systems (primarily HubSpot), including processing CRM corrections, account updates, asset adjustments, account associations, and other data modifications.
  • Support the end-to-end operational process from deal closure to provisioning, implementation, billing, and ongoing account management.
  • Support the accuracy of customer pricing adjustments by opening requests and following up once new pricing is applied, in collaboration with the Account Management team.
  • Verify that products sold, add-ons, integrations, and third-party services are correctly configured and billed, while also reviewing account activity to identify potential revenue leakage.
  • Investigate delayed, missing, or incorrect billing events and coordinate their resolution with Billing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams.
  • Track upsell and new business progression to ensure no opportunities are lost between deal closure, provisioning, implementation, and billing.
  • Analyze trends related to customer pain points, churn, and growth, and recommend actions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments or route them to the appropriate internal team.
  • Facilitate the management of transactions and account provisioning for opportunities generated by resellers and partners, as well as deactivation and account maintenance activities for terminated, canceled, or modified services.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reports to provide visibility into transaction timelines, billing status, outstanding operational tasks, exceptions, and team performance.
  • Create and improve request forms, workflows, checklists, and operational procedures to reduce manual work and improve operational controls.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable improvements.
  • Support the rollout of new products, integrations, billing processes, and operational tools.
  • Contribute to special projects and broader GTM initiatives as priorities evolve.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a fast-paced operations, sales support, customer service, billing, payments, CRM administration (HubSpot preferred), or systems operations environment.
  • A high attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate customer, sales, and financial data.
  • An ability to investigate operational issues, understand system and process flows, and identify root causes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, requests, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with both technical and non-technical teams in an ever-changing environment.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset, along with the confidence to ask questions and dig deeper when information is incomplete.
  • Good judgment in handling confidential customer, financial, and company information.
  • Experience with Salesforce, billing or payment processing, SaaS solutions, or reporting tools is a significant asset.
