About the Role
Letuelezioni is looking for empathetic, positive, and motivated individuals to help students improve their well-being, self-confidence, and study organization. In this role, you will offer online life coaching sessions for students who wish to better manage school stress, increase motivation, develop good study habits, and gain more confidence in their personal and educational journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Helping students define personal and achievable goals
- Supporting them in developing study methods, time management, and organization
- Fostering motivation, resilience, and self-confidence
- Offering positive and personalized guidance throughout their journey
Required Skills & Experience
- No formal coaching experience is required
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Genuine interest in the well-being, personal growth, and success of students
- Empathetic, patient, and encouraging attitude
