About the Role

Letuelezioni is looking for a Mindfulness Teacher capable of guiding mindfulness courses for all levels: from those approaching the practice for the first time, to those who wish to consolidate their meditation routine or integrate stress management tools into daily life.

What You'll Do

• Design personalized courses (1:1 and small groups) with mindfulness meditation practices, body scans, mindful breathing, and gentle movement.
• Help students develop autonomy in practice: sustainable routines, mindfulness journals, breathing anchors.
• Support concrete goals: stress management, improved concentration, emotional regulation, sleep hygiene.
• Provide clear feedback and support materials (sheets, audio tracks, exercises between sessions).

Requirements

• Training in Mindfulness ([e.g., MBSR/MBCT/MSC], Master/Certifications) and consistent personal practice.
• Experience in conducting individual and/or group sessions.
• Empathetic listening, clear communication, reliability, and confidentiality.
• For online lessons: PC, webcam/microphone, and stable connection.
