The Opportunity

You are stepping into an established RevOps seat, backfilling a team member who is moving on to a new opportunity. In the first 30 days you take over commission and bonus administration and get CRM housekeeping under control. By 90 days you are the one flagging risks in the pipeline before anyone asks, not just maintaining what is already built. This is a high visibility seat working directly with the Head of Revenue Operations and stakeholders across sales, marketing, and finance.

What You'll Own
· Keep company tiering and territory modeling accurate so sales always works the right accounts at the right priority
· Own the renewal pipeline in HubSpot, catching at risk accounts before they turn into churn
· Run commission and bonus calculations end to end with a process finance and sales both trust
· Maintain CRM governance across HubSpot, fixing data hygiene problems at the root instead of patching them again and again
· Build and maintain the sales and revenue reporting leadership actually uses to make pipeline and forecast calls
· Automate recurring manual work with AI and workflow tools, freeing up time for higher value analysis
· Partner across sales, marketing, and finance to keep revenue data and process aligned

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, or at a RevOps agency serving SaaS clients
· Direct sales exposure such as SDR or AE experience, not a marketing or BI only background
· Hands-on HubSpot administration: workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, reporting
· Experience with a CPQ tool such as DealHub or an equivalent
· A track record of building sales or revenue reports independently in Excel, Sheets, or a BI tool
· Comfortable owning processes that are still being built out, not just maintaining what already exists
· Strong written and spoken English, C1 or higher

Nice to Have

· Experience administering sales commission or bonus calculations
· Basic SQL
· Experience with Airtable or a similar operational database
· Exposure to customer success or support ticketing workflows

Tools and Stack
HubSpot, a CPQ tool (DealHub or equivalent), Airtable, Make or Zapier, AI tools for workflow automation

Details
· Location: Remote, Latin America
· Salary: $36,000 to $40,000 USD annually
· Type: Full-time
