2 Full Stack AI Engineer, 1 GTM

About the Role

Interview Resources is building an AI-powered deep research platform for interview preparation. Instead of generic interview guides, we autonomously research company-specific interview experiences across Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, engineering blogs, company websites, Glassdoor, and other public sources, then generate structured preparation reports in minutes. We are already profitable with 3k+ paid users.

Our stack currently includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Vercel, AWS, and modern AI tooling. Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents is a strong plus, but curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matter more.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong full-stack engineering skills.
• Has built and deployed production applications.
• Loves working with AI and LLM-powered products.
• Takes ownership and ships quickly.
• Has personal projects or open-source work they're proud of.

Expected salary: $30k – $90k (flexible based on experience, impact, and per capita)
