Best Workplaces.</span><br><br></p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Middle+ Project Manager</strong> with strong project management experience to lead client-facing projects involving innovative AI solutions.</p> <p>This role is primarily focused on <strong>project ownership and delivery</strong>, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams, understand client needs, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across different departments, ensuring timely achievement of project goals within scope and budget</li> <li>Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management</li> <li>Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and business processes to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into actionable project requirements</li> <li>Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis</li> <li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - gathering requirements, reporting progress, presenting results, and managing expectations</li> <li>Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement during implementation</li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Project Management, with proven experience independently leading projects from initiation through implementation</li> <li>Experience working on client-facing projects, preferably involving digital products, technology, SaaS, or AI solutions</li> <li>Experience working with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes</li> <li>Hands-on experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization with a proven track record of implementing improvements directly into products, projects or operational processes</li> <li>Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)</li> <li>Background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management is a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.) is a plus</li> </ul> <hr> <p>We strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates.
