Bits of your job: Communicate effectively with customers (when needed) and internal teams Handle chargeback cases and support payment-related investigations Work with customer payment-related issues, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement Support KPI analysis and provide insights based on operational data Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements Provide exceptional customer service Produce daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports Perform other related tasks as required
