We're now expanding our commercial presence in San Francisco and looking for someone who can help us build and scale our Enterprise and B2B motion from the ground up.. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang) . Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet product and business requirements. Work with relational database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, maintainable systems. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. Contribute innovative ideas, improvements, and best-practice solutions to the team. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a backend or systems developer. Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) . Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning, advanced queries). Strong understanding of system-level programming using C or C++ . Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices. Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts. Passionate about technology, self-driven, and proactive with a "builder" mindset. Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases. Exposure to AI / Machine Learning workflows or integrating AI services. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native development. Performance optimization and low-latency system development.
