Für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Biogas-, Biomethan- und Biomasseprojekte suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior EPC Projektmanager (Turnkey Infrastruktur). In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Planung, Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Vertragsmanagement sowie die Umsetzung der Infrastruktur- und Bauleistungen innerhalb unserer Energieprojekte. Dies umfasst nicht nur die klassischen Infrastrukturgewerke wie Gebäude, Straßen und Medienanschlüsse, sondern auch die übergeordnete Verantwortung für Bauablaufplanung, Terminsteuerung, Baukostenbudgets sowie die Ausführungskoordination. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Teams und allen externen Projektbeteiligten Firmen und Partnern und steuern sämtliche infrastrukturellen Projektbestandteile bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung.

Areas of Responsibility

Project Responsibility (Turnkey EPC)

• Overall responsibility for the infrastructure and construction component within EPC projects.
• Responsibility for construction sequence and schedule planning (scheduling, sequencing, coordination).
• Responsibility for the construction cost budget as well as ongoing cost control.
• Coordination of all project participants, companies, and partners (e.g., construction companies, planning offices, suppliers, and installation companies).

Technical Procurement and Tender Management

• Preparation of service descriptions and tender documents.
• Obtaining and coordinating offers for infrastructure services such as:
  • Halls and operational buildings.
  • Office and social buildings.
  • Road and site construction.
  • Earthworks and civil engineering.
  • Electrical infrastructure (grid connection, transformer stations, cabling).
  • Water and wastewater connections.
  • Gas connections and network infrastructure.
• Building and maintaining a network of construction companies, suppliers, and partners.
• Organization and execution of bidder discussions.

Bid Evaluation and Award

• Development of standardized evaluation methods for bids.
• Economic and technical comparison regarding:
  • Price.
  • Quality.
  • Schedules.
  • Risks.
• Preparation of award recommendations and participation in contract negotiations and award decisions.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in:
  • Civil Engineering.
  • Industrial Engineering.
  • Or comparable.
• Alternatively: Construction technician / master craftsman with relevant experience.

Experience

• Several years of experience in:
  • Construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Tendering and awarding of construction services.
  • Contract management (EPC / construction contracts).
  • Construction supervision and project implementation.
• Experience with industrial plants or energy projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction contract law (ideally VOB).

Language Skills

• German (C1).
• English (at least B2).

Personal Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Structured and economic way of thinking.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of construction and infrastructure projects.
• High organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
• Hands-on mentality and assertiveness.
