The full posting

We're looking for a Senior Ad Designer to own performance creative production end to end for a fast-moving performance marketing agency running 30 active accounts across B2B and B2C. You will take approved copy briefs and turn them into finished, on-brand, production-ready static ad sets across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit — without a creative director having to fix details behind you. This is a performance role, not a brand role. A plain ad with a sharp idea beats a beautiful ad that does not convert, and that is always the call we make. You will be designing for multiple accounts simultaneously, each with its own brand system and hard rules, and you will be expected to catch your own errors before anything goes to review. If you are a senior designer who understands the feed, works cleanly inside someone else's brand system, and produces batches that arrive at review ready to be judged on the idea rather than the execution, this role is a strong fit. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This role requires overlap with US business hours Work across a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C performance marketing accounts with real creative volume High-ownership design role where your output directly drives paid media performance across 30 active accounts What You'll Work On Static Ad Production Take approved copy briefs and design full ad batches in Figma from brief through production-ready delivery Design across multiple accounts simultaneously, each with its own brand system, rules, and creative standards Resize every batch across all required formats including square, 4:5, 9:16, and 1.91:1 for each channel Run the client's QC checklist yourself before anything goes to review — every account has one and you own it Flag when a brief is thin or unclear rather than guessing and absorbing the cost quietly Figma File Management Build files other people can actually work in — named layers, real text layers, components where they make sense, exports set up correctly Maintain clean, organized Figma files that a creative director or another designer can pick up without confusion Work within established component libraries and brand systems without drifting from them AI-Generated File Handling Some briefs will arrive with an AI-generated first pass attached — treat it as a reference, not a draft to polish Nothing in an AI-generated file is pre-approved and elements may be off-brand even when they look finished If the file is not editable enough to work with, rebuild it and flag it in the ticket — we need to know whether the workflow is saving time Project Tracking and Communication Keep your work current in the project tracker including stage, delivery date, and review owner Communicate proactively when timelines are at risk or briefs need clarification Participate in two to three review rounds per batch — notes on concept and direction are expected, notes on font sizes and typos are not What You Bring Proven senior-level experience designing static performance ads for paid channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or Reddit Strong understanding of what makes an ad stop the scroll and make the offer legible in under two seconds Demonstrated ability to work inside multiple brand systems simultaneously without drifting from any of them Figma at a real working level — auto layout, components, variants, clean export setup, and files other people can use Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to catch your own errors before review Comfortable taking direction from a creative director without needing every decision made for you, and able to push back when a brief is wrong Comfortable working with AI tools as part of the production workflow Meaningful overlap with US business hours Nice to Have Experience running performance creative across both B2B and B2C accounts simultaneously Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Frame.io , or Higgsfield Background in a performance marketing agency handling high creative volume across multiple client accounts Experience building and maintaining Figma component libraries and brand systems for reuse across accounts How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A portfolio link showing at least 4 to 6 examples of static performance ads you have designed for paid channels, ideally across more than one brand or account A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through one ad batch you are proud of, and explaining the design decisions you made with performance in mind Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process. If you design ads that stop the scroll, work cleanly inside any brand system, and deliver batches that arrive at review ready to be judged on the idea rather than cleaned up for execution quality, this role gives you the volume and the direct impact to do your best work. Application Process Overview Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients: Initial Application - Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable) Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting Background & Reference Check - Professional reference verification Job Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team Each stage is designed to evaluate your fit for the role while giving you insights into our company culture and expectations. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and provide feedback at each step.
