About Our Client
Our client is a fast-moving AI and software engineering firm serving enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, logistics, and high-growth technology companies. They are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer to own and execute marketing across channels, drive awareness, generate inbound leads, and build brand credibility in a technically sophisticated B2B market.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Digital Marketer to manage content distribution, SEO, paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, and analytics. You will not be managing a large team or setting strategy from a distance. You will be in the tools every day, building campaigns, analyzing performance, and improving what is not working. If you are a self-directed digital marketer who can operate across multiple channels simultaneously, write clearly for a technical B2B audience, and connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes, this role is a strong fit.
Responsibilities
Content Marketing and SEO Manage the content calendar and coordinate publication of blog posts, case studies, insights, and thought leadership content. Optimize existing and new content for organic search performance across target keywords. Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities that drive qualified inbound traffic. Ensure all content is on-brand, technically accurate, and written for a sophisticated B2B audience.
Social Media Management Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Create and schedule posts that build brand authority and engage a technical B2B audience. Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally. Identify opportunities to amplify content and expand reach through employee advocacy or partnerships.
Paid Advertising Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution. Write and test ad copy and creative for a B2B technology audience.
Email Marketing Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences for prospects and existing contacts. Maintain list hygiene and segmentation across the email database. Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics and iterate based on performance.
Analytics and Reporting Track and report on marketing performance across all channels including traffic, leads, pipeline influence, and channel-level ROI. Use data to identify what is working and make informed decisions about where to focus effort and budget. Maintain marketing dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.
Website and CRO Support website content updates, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimization. Ensure all marketing pages are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for search and lead capture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role covering SEO, content, social media, paid advertising, and email.
- Comfortable writing for a technical B2B audience including AI, software engineering, and enterprise technology topics.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with a focus on lead generation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions based on it.
- Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Background marketing for a technology services, AI, or software development company.
- Experience managing content marketing for a B2B brand with a long sales cycle.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar.
- Understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and how to market to technical decision-makers.
- Experience with account-based marketing or intent data tools.
Work Schedule
100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive. This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work. Availability during US business hours is required.
Compensation & Time Off
- Compensation paid in USD.
- Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th.
- Paid Time Off according to company policy.
- Holidays observed according to company guidelines.
Application Requirements
Please submit:
- An updated resume.
- A portfolio link or examples showing digital marketing work you have owned including campaigns, content, or paid media results.

Only candidates who submit both examples and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
