About the role

Higgsfield AI is opening a brand-new San Francisco office, and we’re looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to help bring it to life. You’ll own the day-to-day workplace experience and help build an office that feels welcoming, high-energy, and distinctly Higgsfield. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who loves creating great experiences, moves quickly, and notices what needs to be done before being asked.

What you'll do

Launch and own daily operations for our new San Francisco office, keeping it organized, functional, stocked, and guest-ready. Serve as the face of the office for employees, candidates, guests, vendors, and partners. Own the workplace experience across reception, conference rooms, kitchens, food and beverage, supplies, mail, and employee amenities.

Manage workplace vendors, including catering, janitorial, maintenance, building management, and office services. Partner with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities to create a seamless new-hire and employee experience. Coordinate desks, office access, seating changes, furniture, shipments, repairs, and other workplace needs.

Bring the office to life through team lunches, celebrations, events, all-hands, and candidate visits. Build simple, scalable workplace processes and proactively solve issues before they impact the team. Support site safety, emergency readiness, and building-related needs.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, People Operations, facilities, or a similar role. Strong ownership and the ability to independently run a fast-moving office. A hospitality mindset and genuine excitement about creating an exceptional employee and guest experience.

Experience managing vendors, workplace programs, events, onboarding logistics, and office operations. Excellent organization, judgment, communication, and attention to detail. Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

Salary

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location. The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area . Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office at least three full days per week , with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone.
