Senior Recruitment Manager, Executive Hiring - Client Delivery

About the Role

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role enables consistent client and candidate engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping.
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach.
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps.

Requirements

• Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management.
• Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes.
• Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment.
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management.
