  • Analyze and tune system designs to identify and fix performance bottlenecks;
  • Analyze tasks, decompose them into sub-tasks, and estimate the development time;
  • Perform code & design reviews;

We need your professional experience:

  • 5+ years of .NET web development experience;
  • 2+ years in a Tech Lead/Team Lead/Architect position;
  • Expertise and deep understanding of .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C# technologies;
  • Strong experience with relational/non-relational databases;
  • Experience with a breadth of backend architecture principles and technologies;
  • Experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architectures;
  • Experience with SSE, Long Polling, WebSockets;
  • Experience with Unit and Integration tests;
  • Experience with microservices architecture;
  • Experience with GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies;
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues via an observability stack (Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry);
  • Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, separation of concerns, testability);
  • Good written and spoken English.
