Eureka Math is the most widely used math curriculum in the U.S., and is focused on balancing conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application. Wit & Wisdom® and Arts & Letters ELA™ anchor our reading strategy with content-rich, grade-level instruction that integrates literature, history, and the arts, grounded in the science of reading. Geodes® complements our reading suite with decodable texts that pair phonics with meaningful content to support early literacy.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager supports the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring that projects are planned, scheduled, and executed on time and within budget by following standard processes and procedures grounded in best practice for project management. The Project Manager, with limited supervision, coordinates multiple functional teams responsible for the creation, production, and delivery of curriculum and ancillary products.

This position is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who possesses a commitment to Great Minds’ organizational vision and who has experienced project management skills. While the work is remote and the ideal candidate will work well independently, this is a highly collaborative position, necessitating a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Implement established Great Minds processes and procedures in alignment with industry best practices for project management across multiple projects
• Create, update, and manage all required project documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams to define and document project scope and requirements through an iterative process
• Work with teams to determine resources needed to accomplish project goals within negotiated project timeline
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in Smartsheet with dependencies
• Anticipate, document, manage project risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Manages change, including documentation of required scope changes and negotiating time adjustments as needed
• Monitors costs against the project budget and reports on variance to stakeholders
• Cultivates strong working relationships with cross-functional professionals throughout the organization
• Other project support as needed
