The team is responsible for: Forms and form-building experiences Surveys and customer data-collection workflows Quizzes, assessments, and interactive lead-generation experiences QR Codes and offline-to-online lead acquisition Chat Widget and conversational lead capture External Tracking across third-party websites and digital properties Lead capture, submission, attribution, and behavioral analytics Templates, integrations, embeddable experiences, and extensibility These products are critical entry points into the HighLevel Marketing OS. Role Overview As Staff Product Manager – Marketing OS, LeadGen Covert Team , you will shape the future of lead generation at HighLevel. You will own product vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio that includes Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, External Tracking, and adjacent lead capture and attribution capabilities. Your mandate will be to transform these products into a cohesive LeadGen platform that enables agencies and SMBs to create high-converting acquisition experiences, collect better-quality data, understand visitor behavior, and activate every lead through HighLevel’s CRM and automation ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with organization-wide influence. You will work across multiple product and engineering teams, establish shared platform foundations, and influence how HighLevel competes in lead generation, conversational engagement, behavioral tracking, and marketing attribution. Your work will directly impact product adoption, lead volume, lead quality, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall platform growth. Your Responsibilities Own the LeadGen strategy: Define the long-term vision, product strategy, and roadmap across Forms, Surveys, Quizzes, QR Codes, Chat Widget, and External Tracking. Build a unified platform: Create shared experiences and foundations across builders, templates, publishing, data models, integrations, analytics, and reporting. Improve lead capture: Drive capabilities that increase visitor engagement, completion rates, lead quality, qualification, routing, and follow-up. Connect the customer journey: Partner with CRM, Workflows, Conversations, Analytics, and Payments teams to connect interactions with downstream business outcomes. Lead External Tracking: Define how HighLevel captures visitor behavior, conversions, identity, attribution, and campaign activity across third-party websites. Establish analytics foundations: Create consistent event taxonomies, instrumentation standards, and reporting across the LeadGen portfolio. Drive AI-assisted creation: Deliver AI-powered creation, copy generation, logic recommendations, qualification, insights, and conversion optimization. Improve cross-device experiences: Ensure creation and consumption experiences are intuitive, responsive, accessible, and performant across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Influence technical architecture: Partner with Engineering on builders, embeddable widgets, APIs, submission pipelines, tracking scripts, identity resolution, and event infrastructure. Lead cross-functional execution: Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Security, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships around shared outcomes. Shape go-to-market strategy: Influence product positioning, pricing, packaging, messaging, launches, enablement, onboarding, and customer education. Operate hands-on: Write strategy documents and PRDs, conduct discovery, analyze data, validate concepts, prioritize initiatives, and resolve ambiguity. Own measurable outcomes: Drive improvements in adoption, activation, publishing, engagement, completion, conversion, attribution coverage, and retention. Experience 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, MarTech, CRM, analytics, growth, or customer-engagement platforms. Proven experience owning a large-scale customer-facing product, product suite, or platform. Experience defining multi-year product strategies across multiple interconnected product areas. Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, qualification, and growth loops. Experience with products such as forms, surveys, quizzes, chat widgets, analytics, attribution, tracking, or interactive content. Familiarity with behavioral tracking, including page views, clicks, scrolls, field interactions, submissions, abandonment, and conversion events. Understanding of event taxonomies, analytics instrumentation, data pipelines, experimentation, and marketing attribution. Experience building embeddable products such as widgets, scripts, SDKs, forms, or externally hosted experiences. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, CRM integrations, field mapping, workflow automation, and identity resolution. Experience partnering with Engineering on complex frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure systems. Strong product judgment, analytical ability, and UI/UX sensibility. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication, decision-making, and stakeholder leadership skills. Nice to Have Experience with AI- or LLM-powered creation, conversational, or optimization products. Experience building form builders, survey platforms, chat products, interactive content, or behavioral analytics tools. Experience with first-party tracking, customer identity, attribution, consent management, or data governance. Background in high-volume event ingestion, real-time analytics, experimentation, or personalization systems. Experience building products for marketing agencies, SMBs, creators, or multi-location businesses. Prior experience working in a remote, globally distributed product organization.
