About the Role

We are looking for an SDE II – Frontend Engineer to help build and evolve the next generation of our CRM Tasks experience. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys turning complex product requirements into fast, intuitive, and reliable user experiences. You will work on frontend systems used by businesses every day to organize work, manage tasks, collaborate with teams, and automate their workflows.

We expect engineers at this level to go beyond implementing tickets. You should be comfortable understanding the product problem, contributing to technical design, identifying edge cases, making sensible engineering trade-offs, and owning features through production. What You’ll Do:: ● Build and ship high-quality frontend features for CRM Tasks using Vue.js and TypeScript/JavaScript ● Translate product requirements and designs into scalable, maintainable frontend implementations ● Own features from technical design and development through testing, release, and production monitoring ● Build reusable components, composables, utilities, and frontend abstractions ● Design clean state-management and data-fetching patterns for complex product workflows ● Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services ● Handle complex UI states including loading, errors, optimistic updates, pagination, filtering, permissions, and large datasets ● Improve application performance, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals ● Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for critical user journeys ● Debug production issues using logs, monitoring, browser profiling, and observability tools ● Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering standards ● Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA while maintaining strong ownership of delivery ● Continuously identify opportunities to simplify the codebase and improve the customer experience Minimum

Qualifications

: ● 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience building production web applications ● Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS ● Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular ● Good understanding of component architecture, state management, routing, and frontend application design ● Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs ● Strong understanding of browser fundamentals, asynchronous programming, and client-side performance ● Ability to convert product and design requirements into maintainable technical solutions ● Experience debugging complex frontend issues using browser developer tools and observability platforms ● Understanding of frontend testing practices including unit, integration, and E2E testing ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently own moderately complex features

Preferred Qualifications

: ● Strong experience with Vue.js / Vue 3 ● Experience building complex SaaS, CRM, productivity, task-management, or workflow products ● Experience working with large datasets, virtualized lists, complex tables, filters, search, drag-and-drop, or Kanban-style interfaces ● Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals ● Experience with component libraries or design systems ● Experience with frontend observability and monitoring tools ● Familiarity with Node.js and the ability to understand or debug backend APIs ● Experience with automated E2E frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress ● Understanding of accessibility and responsive design ● Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of production applications you have contributed to

Tech Stack

: Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS Backend: Node.js, Go Architecture: REST APIs, Microservices Infrastructure & Observability: Cloud-native infrastructure, monitoring and observability tooling What Success Looks Like:: Within this role, you: ● Independently deliver medium-to-large frontend features from requirement to production ● Build interfaces that feel fast, intuitive, and reliable for customers ● Write maintainable code rather than solutions that only solve the immediate requirement ● Think through edge cases and failure states before they become production bugs ● Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks ● Maintain strong engineering quality through testing, code reviews, and observability ● Make sound trade-offs between delivery speed, technical quality, UX, and performance ● Take ownership of production issues instead of treating deployment as the end of development ● Gradually take ownership of larger areas of the CRM frontend architecture What We Look For:: We value engineers who combine strong frontend fundamentals with a product mindset.

You should care about more than making a UI match a design. We want engineers who ask: Is this interaction intuitive? What happens with 10,000 records instead of 10?

What happens when the API is slow or fails? Can this component be reused? Will this architecture remain maintainable six months from now? How do we know this is working correctly in production?

Why Join Us

: ● Build products used by businesses around the world ● Work on complex frontend problems beyond standard CRUD applications ● Own meaningful product areas rather than isolated tickets ● Work in a fast-moving engineering environment with frequent production releases ● Opportunity to influence frontend architecture, performance, and engineering standards ● Remote-first culture focused on ownership and outcomes
