We're intentionally a small, senior team that focuses our resources on programs that are large in scope, span multiple departments, and directly advance G-P's most important corporate goals.  As a Principal Program Manager, you will lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs, from executive-level framing down to daily execution, with minimal oversight. You will identify and overcome delivery roadblocks in a complex, cross-functional environment while ensuring alignment with corporate goals, executive timelines, and top-tier quality standards. You will partner directly with functional leaders and executives across the company, act as a force multiplier for cross-functional teams, and bring focus and momentum to G-P's most complex initiatives.
