Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Grant Research: Actively search for and identify grants related to recovery, mental illness, addiction, and community support. Opportunity Matching: Find specific funding opportunities that align with client’s planned project. Grant Writing: Write and tailor compelling grant applications according to the specific requirements of each funder. Voice Matching: Draft all materials in client’s personal voice and style so it sounds authentic and genuine, strictly avoiding AI-generated content. Qualifications

Expert-level grant writer with 5+ years of experience, ideally with a background in healthcare, recovery services, mental health, or church/ministry. Advanced reading, comprehension, and written English. The VA must be able to write persuasively, accurately, and tailor applications to match the client’s specific voice. Professional English communication for onboarding and project alignment. Strong ability to independently research and identify relevant grants using grant research websites and databases.
