About the Role
FanPad is a direct-to-fan partner and platform that helps musicians and creators maximize long-term fan engagement and monetization. We have case studies at scale to prove it works (clients include Earth, Wind & Fire and Skepta). We’ve closed our latest funding round and are looking for a Founding Engineer to join the team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of full-stack experience across our stack (backend-leaning preferred)
- Strong ownership mindset
- Self-sufficient in a remote startup environment with US or equivalent timezone availability
- Clear communicator who can act as a thought partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion or genuine curiosity about the music industry or creator economy is a big plus
