Job Description

What you'll be doing

You will participate in the research, design, development, integration, testing and deployment of software application. You will need to design, develop and support RESTful APIs and system integration. You will be conducting technical analysis and design of application module & database. You will need to ensure developed modules comply with established architecture standards, coding standards and quality requirement. You will be participating in client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, solution reviews and technical workshops to support project delivery and system integration. This role will be reporting to the Head of software development.

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the team

• Must possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Seniority will be commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development, system design and application support.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development using PHP and MySQL.
• Knowledge or experience in C# and .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON.
• Familiarity with AWS services is also required.
• Experience with CodeIgniter, and MVC architecture
• Good understanding of Agile, SCRUM, SDLC and software design concepts.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
