You thrive in innovative and evolving environments with high rates of change.   Your Role  As a Controller, you'll help oversee Evergreen Nephrology's accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across financial reporting. This includes managing the general ledger, leading month-end and year-end close processes, and preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, along with supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions. You'll lead a team of accountants, setting clear performance goals and providing mentorship along the way. Partnering with leadership across functions, you'll help shape financial policies and internal controls, and work closely with external auditors and tax professionals to support annual audits and tax filings.
